As a Prompt Writer, you define what “good” looks like for the AI agent by writing the "rulebook" and job descriptions it follows. You will design the prompts that guide AI agents through tasks in fake ‘Salesforce’ environments, ensuring the instructions are logical, clear, and efficient.

What We’re Looking For

Instead of a specific background, we are looking for thoughtful, creative thinkers who enjoy solving logical puzzles and can write clear "rules" for how an AI should think.

• Thoughtful & creative: You can imagine multiple ways a task could be done and pick the one that is most logical for a machine to follow.
• A highly engaged mindset: You find the idea of shaping AI behavior genuinely exciting. You aren’t just "checking boxes"; you’re interested in why the data matters.
• Precision with language: You understand how a single word can change an outcome and take pride in clear communication.
• Consistent commitment: You can commit to a regular part-time schedule, including initial training sessions in ET (NY) time.
