About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). Reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital communications across multiple channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in healthcare and disability-sector marketing.

About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). Reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital communications across multiple channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in healthcare and disability-sector marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral using Canva (flyers, brochures, social posts, digital ads, presentations)
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
- Support the development and execution of EDM campaigns
- Assist with campaign setup and reporting using HubSpot (training provided)
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Assist with website content updates and basic optimisation
- Support lead capture, CRM updates, and marketing workflows in HubSpot
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and approvals
- Assist with event, expo, and community marketing initiatives
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as required
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Strong Canva skills (essential)
- Comfortable using social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Interest in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience desirable, training provided)
- Basic understanding of EDM platforms (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Interest in healthcare, disability, or community services is highly regarded
- Hands-on mentorship from the Growth Marketing Manager
