Key Responsibilities
- Review and update Qantas Business Rewards web pages to ensure they are clear, visually polished, and well-structured
- Improve layout, formatting, spacing, hierarchy, and imagery to enhance usability and brand consistency
- Create, edit, and organise digital content within the CMS
- Optimise existing pages to improve clarity, consistency, and overall user experience
- Execute website updates from prioritised backlogs or requests (e.g., Jira or similar tools)
- Interpret high-level briefs and translate them into practical page updates
- Ensure content aligns with Qantas brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
- Genuine interest in digital design and user experience
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously on improving customer-facing content
- Basic understanding of layout, spacing, typography, content hierarchy, and effective imagery
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems
- Ability to manage tasks independently and work through structured workflows
- Clear written communication skills and content editing ability
