What’s the Opportunity?

Through three rotations, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle of a data centre:

Customer Design & Innovation

• Contribute to early‑stage design and technical reviews for next‑generation, sustainable data centres.
• Support the development of innovative engineering and product solutions that meet customer and efficiency goals.
• Capture lessons learned and help refine AirTrunk’s design standards as concepts move into implementation.

Development Team

• Support commissioning, engineering design and construction activities across major infrastructure projects.
• Assist with testing, validation, and value‑engineering to ensure robust, scalable delivery.
• Learn how we manage key suppliers and uphold safety and quality standards from design through to handover.

Operations Team

• Help drive day‑to‑day operational excellence across a hyperscale data centre campus.
• Support vendor coordination, reporting and problem‑solving to maintain high delivery standards.
• Gain exposure across service delivery, technical operations and operational advancements, contributing to efficiency and continuous improvement.

After successfully completing the program, candidates will have the opportunity to explore long-term roles across AirTrunk.

You’ll work with industry experts, be supported by mentors, and join a peer cohort tackling the big challenges that shape our digital future.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Engineering graduates with 1-3 years of experience and the mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
