As a QA Contributor, you are the final line of defense to training these agents. You will review demonstrations and data to ensure the AI is learning exactly what it should,identifying even the smallest inconsistencies before they become part of the model’s "brain".

What We’re Looking For

We care more about your natural curiosity and high attention to detail than your specific degree or job history; if you are a fast learner with a "perfectionist" streak, we can train you on the rest.

• Obsessive Attention to Detail: You’re the person who finds the typo in a 50-page document or the one pixel out of place. This is your superpower.
• A highly engaged mindset: You find the idea of shaping AI behavior genuinely exciting. You aren’t just "checking boxes"; you’re interested in why the data matters.
• Computer Proficiency: You are highly "digitally fluent." Navigating new software interfaces feels like second nature to you.
• Reliability: This role requires a consistent full-time commitment (40hrs/week), starting with an Eastern Time (NY) overlap for your initial training.

Bonus Points (But Not Required)

• Previous experience in data annotation or technical fields (IT, Data Science, Engineering) are a big plus
• Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
