Hatchers! We're Draught Sports.
A sports media brand with over 250K followers, reaching tens of millions of fans every month. We are looking for an experienced YouTube video editor to edit some original content series we will be filming this year.
We are looking for someone with exceptional editing experience, that knows how to edit raw multi-camera footage, syncing audio mics, adding graphics, adding audio underlay, and everything else that goes into creating viral YouTube videos.
You MUST have experience with editing videos for YouTube, and ideally experience creating other videos for social media. This is pivotal as editing videos for social media has to come with an understanding of the algorithms, and what makes a video perform well.
You MUST also have a passion for sports, as when editing, you will know the the key moments that fans will react and engage with.
This role also comes with the opportunity of being on production sets, including meeting athletes and other various sporting personalities.
This role right now is in a freelance / contract capacity, with the opportunity to move full-time.

About You
- Passionate about sports, particularly NRL
- Highly experienced with editing long-form videos for YouTube
- Passionate about social media and content, regularly consuming content series
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithm metrics Technical requirements
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Da Vinci Resolve
- Adobe After Effects
- Graphic creations
