Merchandise Planning Manager - Men's & Kids @ Fashion Ecommerce
Hatch
Since 2011, this leading fashion e-commerce company has redefined retail in Australia and New Zealand. As the #1 online destination for fashion and lifestyle in the region, its platforms provide an inspiring and seamless end-to-end customer experience through innovative technology.
The Commercial team is driven by data, trends, and a passion for customers—curating the region’s top fashion platform. The Category Buying and Planning teams work closely to drive sales, maximise profit, and deliver on-trend ranges that excite customers.
Planners are strategic problem-solvers and analytical thinkers who love products. They analyse and forecast financial and product trends, review performance, and ensure sufficient stock availability. They collaborate with brands and suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, merchandise requirements, and contracts to meet business goals. They are also key in company-wide projects and continuously seek process improvements and efficiency, with a strong focus on numbers.
We are currently looking for a Planning Manager to join our Men & Kids team and help evolve the landscape of Australian e-commerce and fashion. If you are a highly skilled planner looking for your next role, read on!
