And we’re after a Communications Consultant to join the team.
You may be the equivalent of an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager at your current agency. Keen to thrive in a fast-paced, fun and greenfields environment, you will be the brains, hands and heart behind our FMCG, travel and wellbeing clients and also provide an important supporting role with other clients when required.
You’ll be critical in making sure our client relationships continue on solid footing and their future plans are realised.
For the right person, we can consider a 4 day work-week and/or a more remote work style.
Guiding salary: 90K-110K base + super

Key Responsibilities
Managing client accounts
- Taking charge of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
Developing communication strategies
- Creating and implementing effective communication strategies for various clients, particularly in FMCG, travel, and wellbeing sectors.
Collaborating with team members
- Working closely with team members to deliver outstanding results for clients and support their needs.
Project Management
- Contribute to client and new business proposals, WIPs, timelines, and budgeting assistance.
Day-to-day Implementation of Client Communications Programs
- Content creation, media relations, and influencer management. You'll ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
Key criteria
Communications experience in PR
- Demonstrated experience in public relations and communications strategies.
Stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in FMCG and travel sectors
- Background working with FMCG and travel clients is highly valued.
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Experience thriving in dynamic and evolving work settings.
Creative storytelling abilities
- Proven skills in crafting compelling narratives for brands.
