We're looking for a Junior Art Director to join our Creative team and play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our brand. Based at our Support Office in Rhodes, this role blends hands-on design with creative direction across campaigns, retail moments and brand storytelling. You'll bring strong retail and fashion sensibilities, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for producing polished, on-brand creative that connects with everyday Australian families.

You'll be responsible for

🐣 Lead and inspire creative design: Lead and inspire creative design solutions that elevate our brand across print, digital, packaging, and in-store environments.

🐣 Concept and direct photoshoots,: Concept and direct photoshoots, including working with photographers, styling, talent, and ensuring brand vision is brought to life from brief to final output.

🐣 Adobe Creative Suite: Create high-impact artwork using the Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring consistency with brand and campaign guidelines.

🐣3D virtual merchandising development: Contribute to 3D virtual merchandising development, ensuring campaign storytelling is strong across every touch point.

Key criteria

🔹 Designing across both print and digital: Experience designing across both print and digital, with a clear understanding of how creative translates across formats.

🔹 Concepting and Directing photoshoots: Proven experience concepting and directing photoshoots, including working with photographers, styling, talent, and ensuring brand vision is brought to life from brief to final output.

🎥 Video production experience: Demonstrated experience in video production processes and techniques.

🎬 Storyboarding skills: Proven ability to create and interpret storyboards for shoots.

📅 Project management experience: Demonstrated experience managing timelines and coordinating shoots.

🛠️ Familiarity with editing software: Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
