About The Program
Our 2-year Graduate Program is designed to help you learn, grow, and create impact:
Year 1 – Foundation Year (Learn & Develop)
- Build strong foundations through structured learning
- Gain hands-on experience
- Exposure to Schneider Electric’s cutting-edge technologies and great collaborative work environment
Year 2 – Stretch Assignment (Thrive & Impact)
- Step into a meaningful mission across diverse business areas
- Apply your skills in meaningful ways and take real ownership of your work
- Make a tangible impact by contributing directly to projects and customer outcomes
Program Duration: February 2027 – January 2029
Who We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate or in your final year of study
- Studying Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic) or a related discipline
- Passionate about digitalization, sustainability, and innovation
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- A strong problem solver with great communication skills
- Interested in emerging technologies (data, automation, digital solutions)
- Aligned with Schneider Electric’s IMPACT Values
Eligibility
You Must
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian PR, or
- Hold Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) with at least 2 years validity remaining at the time of application
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2024, 2025, or 2026
