About The Role
Casual role, 12 month commitment.
As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will work closely under the guidance of our Sales Operations Manager to learn the ropes of our Sales Incentive program. This is a foundational role where you will be supported in developing your analytical skills, helping to translate data sets into clear insights. You'll have the opportunity to grow your expertise in dashboarding and reporting, becoming a valued contributor to the Sales Operations team's success.

What You’ll Do
- Support the administration of the Residential Sales Incentive Program, learning how target setting and performance reporting work.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Sales Performance Framework, gaining exposure to reporting, incentives, and governance.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to prepare data and materials for Sales Leadership meetings.
- Learn to build and update basic reports and dashboards in Tableau to help track team performance.
- Help identify trends in data that highlight potential opportunities for the sales teams.
- Attend regular forecast meetings to learn how data insights are used in business storytelling.
- Work with mentors to clean and organize data from various sources for analysis.
- Provide administrative support for various sales projects and team initiatives.
Ideally You’ll Have
Essentials
- A strong desire to build a career in data analysis, insights, or commercial performance.
- Eagerness to learn how to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Foundational Excel skills (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUPs) and a willingness to learn Tableau.
- Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong interest in learning how to present and explain data to others.
- Highly curious, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in progress or recently completed in an analytical discipline.
- Any exposure to SQL or interest in learning it is a plus.
