Licensed Territory Manager
Our Licensed Territory Managers partner with hotels, pubs, clubs, bars and other on-premise customers to drive growth, visibility and distribution across our world-class alcohol portfolio.
You'll represent iconic brands including:

- Canadian Club®
- Hibiki®

Non-Licensed Territory Manager
Our Non-Licensed Territory Managers work with retail and convenience customers to drive execution and growth across some of Australia's most recognised beverage brands.
You'll represent brands including:
- V Energy®
- Maximus®
- Suntory BOSS Coffee®
What you'll be doing
As a Territory Manager, you'll own your territory like it's your own business. You'll build strong customer partnerships, identify growth opportunities and deliver outstanding execution in market.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Achieving sales, distribution and execution targets
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Conducting customer presentations and business reviews
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Executing promotional and category initiatives
- Driving visibility and availability of our brands
- Managing company assets and equipment
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Using data and insights to identify growth opportunities
Most importantly, you'll be the face of Suntory Oceania within your territory.
What you bring
We're looking for commercially minded sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, influencing customers and delivering results.
Experience in FMCG or Alcohol sales is highly regarded, however we also welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in:
- Hospitality
- Retail Management
- Route or Field Sales
- Business Development
- Account Management
- Customer-Facing Commercial Roles
To be successful, you'll bring:
- A proven ability to build strong customer relationships
- Commercial acumen and a growth mindset
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Confidence influencing and negotiating with customers

- The ability to work autonomously
