Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for new product collections that align with brand strategy and seasonal objectives.
- Craft detailed creative briefs to guide internal and external freelance designers.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and illustrators, providing ongoing direction and feedback throughout the product development process.
- Oversee the design and execution of a wide range of products, from apparel and accessories to packaging and in-store merchandising solutions.
- Manage Master Product Development Roadmap
- Manage timelines and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief.
- Conduct quality reviews to ensure designs and production files are accurate and error-free.
- Identify and pitch new product opportunities by researching bestsellers and market trends.
- Design in-store merchandising solutions to enhance product presentation and sell-through.
- Work cross-functionally with sourcing and operations to bring products to market.
- Manage design budgets and assess commercial viability of proposed products and collections.
- Minimum 3+ years in a senior design or merchandise development role.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring designers, and managing various creative projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision.
- Bbackground in merchandise design for fashion, accessories, or souvenir brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experienced using Figma
- Previous experience working for retail company in any capacity
- Entrepreneurial mindset — passionate about ideas, innovation, and growth.
- Highly organised, process-driven, and detail-obsessed.
- Commercially minded — able to evaluate product ideas with both creativity and business objectives in mind.
