We're searching for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery of our Infrastructure services across Australia and New Zealand. You'll work alongside global teams, internal stakeholders and strategic partners to deliver reliable, secure and continuously improving technology that makes a real difference. It's a high-impact role with the scale, variety and challenge to match.

What You Can Expect On a Day-to-day Basis
- Leading, coaching and developing your Infrastructure Operations team to deliver on agreed priorities, fostering a strong culture of service, performance and accountability
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure Operations, ensuring services are stable, monitored, supported and continuously improving
- Providing technical leadership, architecture oversight and design governance across Infrastructure and Workplace Technology
- Translating global strategy into executable initiatives, balancing operational demand with transformation and project delivery
- Acting as the key escalation point during deployments, major incidents and critical operational events, keeping calm and in control under pressure
- Partnering with business stakeholders, project teams, global product owners and technology counterparts to align and deliver on what matters
- Leading managed service providers and suppliers, owning vendor performance, service quality, cost and continuous improvement
- Proven experience leading technology operations teams and delivering operational priorities at scale
- Strong infrastructure and architecture capability across workplace technology, identity, cloud, hosting, Wintel, networking, backup and endpoint platforms
- The ability to define and govern technical standards, roadmaps and design principles that support secure, resilient and cost-effective platforms
- A solid grasp of ITIL, monitoring, patching, resilience, recovery, automation and lifecycle practices
- The confidence to influence technical direction and govern delivery outcomes through strong vendor and stakeholder relationships
