Help build the AI Operating System for Product Operations.

Product data lives across spreadsheets, emails, supplier portals and disconnected systems. Teams spend countless hours chasing suppliers, reviewing documents, checking compliance requirements and preparing products for sale.

SupplyScope changes that.

We’re building the AI Operating System for Product Operations, giving retailers and brands a single workspace where AI agents work alongside product, compliance and merchandising teams to automate the repetitive work behind every product.

Today, our platform manages millions of products across global supply chains for leading retailers in Australia and Europe. Every day our AI agents read technical documents, enrich product information, verify compliance, engage suppliers and help teams launch products faster with greater confidence.

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help build the next generation of our platform.

What You’ll Be Building

This isn’t an AI wrapper around ChatGPT.

You’ll help build domain-specific AI agents that solve real operational problems across the product lifecycle.

Examples Include

• Reading technical specifications, certifications and compliance reports
• Extracting and validating structured product information
• Engaging suppliers to verify missing information
• Building intelligent workflows that combine AI reasoning with deterministic business rules
• Scaling these capabilities across millions of products
  
  

Alongside our AI platform, you’ll also build the core application that retailers use every day to manage products, suppliers, compliance and product development.

You’ll own features end-to-end, from database design through to polished user experiences.

You’ll work across the entire stack rather than being confined to front-end or back-end only.

• Design and build new platform features
• Develop AI agents and intelligent workflows
• Improve retrieval, evaluation and agent orchestration
• Optimise large-scale data processing across millions of products
• Work closely with customers to solve genuine operational challenges
• Help shape the architecture of a rapidly growing AI platform
  
  

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has strong Laravel and modern PHP experience
• Enjoys building with React and TypeScript
• Has experimented with or built production AI applications
• Understands databases and performance
• Likes solving complex problems rather than simply shipping tickets
• Enjoys working in a small team where your work has visible impact
