Job Description
The Gig
We’re searching for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the go-to-market efforts across the provider side of our platform (https://practices.healthengine.com.au/), working closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to bring our product strategy to life.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll help drive product launches, coordinate events and PR activity, enable sales with high-quality materials, support lead generation, and assist with research initiatives that help us better understand the market and our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early career marketing professional looking to build experience in a dynamic, high-growth digital health company where your work has real impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the execution of go-to-market plans for new products, features and enhancements.
- Help develop and maintain sales enablement tools including pitch decks, product collateral, FAQs, and training content.
- Assist with planning and coordination of industry events, webinars, and PR campaigns.
- Support lead generation efforts through content creation, and campaign coordination.
- Conduct desk research and help gather insights on competitors, customers, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning.
- Maintain and update key marketing assets across internal platforms and sales channels.
About You
You're the kind of person who takes accountability in a fast-paced, autonomous and flexible environment. Fast may be your default (like us!) but you never, ever compromise on what’s important, willing to take a steady, more informed approach when it comes to maintaining the trust of our team and customers. You handle change like a pro, and continuous improvement is a way of life. You are not afraid to speak up and share your thoughts respectfully, with the intention of making positive change. You take initiative and drive your own learning journey without waiting for someone to point you in the right direction. And ultimately, you care: about people, health and innovation.
Experience you’ll bring:
- 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives on managing multiple projects at once.
- Has strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Has a collaborative mindset and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a passion for healthcare innovation and wants to be part of a team that’s improving the way Australians access care.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Braze, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
