Job Description

The Gig

The purpose of this role is to understand the key levers for growth in order to develop and execute strategies and activities that grow the Healthengine user base. As the ‘go-to’ for optimising traffic to the Healthengine platform, you will also use ongoing iterative testing and optimisation of all paid, organic, social & other channel activity, and implement new strategies with a data driven, agile approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor and grow performance across paid, organic & other channels, providing weekly updates on paid channel performance in particular
  • Conduct analysis into opportunities & challenges across our channel mix
  • Setup, manage and optimise all paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc
  • Perform ongoing iterative testing and optimisation of all SEM activity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within SEM platforms or associated analytics / tracking platforms
  • Lead SEO program by setting strategy and acting as liaison between SEO partner agency and internal stakeholders
  • Set channel forecasts and budgets, delivering on both spend and revenue projections
  • Regularly report on performance, insights and recommendations on channel activity to internal stakeholders
  • Support our client SEM channel by actioning requested account changes & providing advice to our Customer Success Managers, & support client correspondence where required.
  • Complete end to end tracking and attribution for all initiatives, including analytics, booking conversion and experiment documentation
  • Relationship management with any digital marketing agencies supporting traffic optimisation
  • Work closely with a cross functional team of product managers, engineers and UI/UX designers to ensure alignment on initiatives, metrics, & support changes as required, including creating tickets for any acquisition channel requirements, while ensuring an outstanding experience for Healthengine users.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • +5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Hands on channel expertise - Google Ads campaign implementation/management/optimisation a must
  • Deep understanding of web analytics and attribution eg Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics
  • Experience in UX and conversion rate optimisation
  • Formal qualifications not required, but may be from marketing, design, product or engineering
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical minds.
