Customer Support is at the centre of that transformation. As our Team Lead, you won’t just manage a support function - you’ll lead a team that is actively using AI to change the way we work and the way we support our customers. That means using AI tools to handle repetitive tasks faster, surface knowledge instantly, identify trends in support tickets and provide customers with quicker, more accurate solutions.
This role is about building a support function that’s more proactive, predictive, and scalable than traditional models - helping us deliver on our promise of making real estate simpler and more transparent.
⭐️ What you’ll be doing
- Leading and coaching a high-impact remote team that supports all Hutly products
- Keeping the support engine running - allocating, prioritising, and ensuring quality
- Owning escalated cases and complex problem-solving
- Embedding AI into workflows, knowledge management and ticket triage to improve speed and accuracy
- Partnering with product, AI, and engineering teams to turn customer insights into new solutions
⚡️ What you’ll bring
- Experience leading in customer support or service delivery
- Strong leadership, task management, and communication skills
- Confidence working across SaaS tools and support platforms
- A calm, customer-first approach - even under pressure
- Curiosity and openness to using AI to improve how teams work and how customers are supported
✨ Bonus points if you have
- Experience in property, legal, or financial tech
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, or similar systems
- Knowledge of real estate forms, tenancy compliance or transaction workflows
