About The Role 🤔
In this brand-new role for Immutable Studios, you will have the opportunity to build the Guild of Guardians partnership strategy from scratch! As the Partnerships Lead, you will spearhead the development of groundbreaking growth partnerships at the intersection of gaming and Web3. You'll be responsible for cultivating a vast network of studios, partners, and key opinion leaders while driving the implementation of strategic tactics in the partnerships space. Collaborating with a world-class team of Web2 and Web3 gaming experts, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the industry through innovative collaborations and alliances.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

  • Identify and establish partnerships with Web3 games, brands, IPs, gaming communities and NFT projects to e the growth of GoG’s MAU and MAB through cross-promotion/growth hacker initiatives
  • Create and communicate the go-to-market strategy that can best achieve the partnership goals
  • Leverage existing network connections within the Web3 gaming community to forge strategic alliances and partnerships that facilitate user base and MAB expansion for GoG
  • Collaborate closely with the studio and cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with ongoing growth initiatives
  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential partners within the gaming and Web3 ecosystem, including NFT companies, DAOs, guilds and community platforms
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans, including negotiation of terms, contract agreements, and implementation of joint initiatives to drive business objectives and mutual growth opportunities for GoG
  • Manage all milestones, tasks and dependencies across the relevant partnership projects, ensuring they are fulfilled on time
  • Manage all inbound partnership requests and form additional newsworthy, industry-leading partnerships between GOG and top IP brands

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in the gaming industry.
  • Deep interest in web3 and gaming
  • Demonstrated experience in forging partnerships or relationships within the Web3 or gaming space
  • Proven ability to implement partnerships or programs end-to-end
  • Track record of delivering measurable results through strategic partnerships
