A bit about the role:
Due to exciting growth, we are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to take full relationship accountability for strategic gaming accounts based in the Americas region. You will work to maximise minting volume into Immutable by successfully securing partnerships with strategic gaming customers to use our Web3 gaming platform and service.
As Senior BDM, you will lead the end-to-end sales process, including account strategy, deal negotiations, legal agreements, relationship development, technical scoping, and evangelising key products, platforms and service offerings. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams across GTM, Legal, Sales Engineering, Game Studio, Acceleration, and Partner Success.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Deeply understand core game studio KPIs and what our strategic gaming partners are trying to achieve, and how NFTs can be a key business driver
  • Lead new business in games for Immutable across the Americas and craft custom pitches for your target accounts, and creatively and strategically ideate ways to get them on board
  • Work closely with a Sales Engineer to deeply understand what partners are trying to achieve and design the right solution and craft compelling pitch narratives
  • Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders across the business
  • Develop strategic plans for your target accounts and identify required supporting resources - you are the master of your destiny
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and track all interactions in the CRM
  • Research and stay abreast of all new web3 gaming/NFT/crypto projects and global F500 brands signalling interest in the space.

We would love you to have:

  • 5-7+ years of gaming industry experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Developer Relations or Enterprise Sales at a gaming, technology or SaaS company, targeting C-level decision-makers
  • Proven track record of top performance
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the web3 gaming space

This role will be part of the Immutable X platform team. The goal for Immutable X is to be the leading platform for NFT minting & trading “powering the world of NFT’s”. Our business development mission is to drive sales and growth across key marketplaces and solution providers to be the undisputed leader in scalable blockchain technology within gaming and Web3 gaming.
