We're rapidly expanding throughout North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. We’re a $50m revenue (and growing) organisation, having recently completed our Series C funding round, backed by leading investors such as Airtree. Now is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to make the experience of debt resolution smoother, and more human.
Summary of the role:
As the Revenue Operations Manager you'll be accountable for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across the organisation. You will be responsible for managing our CRM (Salesforce), implementing best practices, optimising sales processes, and providing analytical support to improve decision-making. Reporting directly to the Growth Strategy & New Markets Lead, you’ll work closely with the growth and marketing teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure alignment with our growth objectives. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires a proactive, independent individual ready to hit the ground running.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Salesforce Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of Salesforce, including user administration, data integrity, reporting, and system customisation.
- Process Optimisation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and streamline workflows.
- Revenue Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support revenue optimisation initiatives and provide insights to leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with growth, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of revenue operations strategies.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making, using Salesforce & Hockeystack and ensuring data is accurate.
- Training and Enablement: Provide training and support, holding the growth team accountable for the use of Salesforce and other tools within our tech stack (Gong, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
What We Need From You:
- Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including customisations, integrations, and data management. Salesforce Administrator certification is a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and building dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to optimise sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to take risks and drive change.
