We offer exclusive experiences, curated introductions, advocacy, and professional development for the most ambitious entrepreneurs and investors shaping Australia’s future.**About the Role:As Head of Membership Growth, you will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier founders and investors with revenues exceeding from $500K tp $100M+. Your strategic mindset and innovative approach will elevate our community, enhance member experience, and drive sustainable growthWhat You'll Do:**Identify and select founders and investors that will enhance our community. Develop and execute a targeted, data-driven membership acquisition strategy focused on high-growth tech founders and investors Manage our sales & marketing funnel — leveraging HubSpot, content marketing, SEO, and targeted advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads) Build a vibrant pipeline of potential members through inbound and outbound outreach, as well as referral programs Position Innovation Bay as the must-join community for innovative leaders and investors in Australia Create compelling content, testimonials, and member stories that showcase our unique value Collaborate with our team to enhance member experience at all levels, including launching new membership tiers and exclusive benefits Drive awareness around exclusivity, success stories, and opportunity within the community **About You:**3+ years experience in growth marketing, sales, community building, or business development Love autonomy, small teams that work collaboratively Proven success in B2B, SaaS, or similar Fast-growth environments Expert in digital marketing, inbound strategies, and CRM management (HubSpot experience preferred) Passionate about empowering women in leadership, startups, and innovation A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills Data-driven, strategic, and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Motivated by creating impactful, curated experiences that foster belonging and success **Why Join Innovation Bay?**Lead the growth of Australia’s leading innovation community Work with an inspiring network of founders and investors shaping the future Play a pivotal role in building an inclusive, vibrant ecosystem Competitive salary + incentives aligned with your impact & success Ready to make a difference?Apply now and help us grow Australia’s most exclusive tech community.
