We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand our market presence. This is a hybrid role based in Helensvale, Gold Coast, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Account Management) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS sales.
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience in the Hospitality Technology Industry
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to build a strategic plan for who you are going to target, and you are going to do it.
