Let’s break down the role
The Product Marketing Manager at iVvy will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and growth. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that our products meet market needs and are effectively promoted to our target audience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a data-driven problem solver, able to multitask, and has a solid understanding of the SaaS industry. Joining a small marketing team, the successful candidate should be willing to take on tasks outside their primary role, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
What you’ll be responsible for
Product Positioning and Messaging
- Maintain a clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates iVvy products in the market.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, and website content.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and readiness.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates, coordinating with product management and sales teams.
Sales Enablement
- Equip the sales team with the tools and knowledge they need to effectively sell iVvy products.
- Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and product FAQs.
Content Creation and Campaign Management
- Produce high-quality content that supports product marketing initiatives, including webinars & product release communications.
Customer Engagement and Advocacy
- Develop customer stories and testimonials to showcase the value of iVvy products.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Metrics and Reporting
- Conduct in-product surveys of our client's use of the product e.g. NPS
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing efforts.
- Use data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Analyse product performance data to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing & go to market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear and open communication to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pendo).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with event management or venue management software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
