The Community Care division at KPMG Australia provides a cloud-based software solution for care providers, connecting customers, staff, and organisations anywhere, anytime. This digital software solution combines KPMG’s deep sector expertise with world-leading Microsoft technology. It is a single integrated plan-to-pay solution spanning customer management, workforce management, mobile service delivery, and claims/billing management.

Your Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant within the Community Care team, you will work as part of the Delivery team to implement the Community Care solution and may be across concurrent projects. You will leverage your expertise to implement innovative solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the Disability and In Home Aged Care sector. Additionally, you will:

  • Configure and deliver tailored Community Care solutions supported by Azure and Power Platform, to meet the specific needs of healthcare organisations.
  • Lead technical assessments, solution design, and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops with providers to understand their needs and configure the community care solution to align to their business requirements. provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver training to customers on the Community Care solution and Azure functions, typically through a train the trainer model.
  • Install and configure Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 and other components for the successful installation of the Community Care solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to providers in their digital transformation efforts.

Your experience

  • Relevant certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect).
  • Extensive technical experience and hands-on expertise in several of the following Microsoft products or technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics CE configuration.
  • Configure and deliver tailored Community Care solutions supported by Azure and Power Platform, to meet the specific needs of healthcare organisations.
  • Preferred experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory).
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse (Common Data Service), Dynamics 365 Field Service and Customer Service, Custom Connectors, AI Builder
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with Australian healthcare sector standards, regulations, and practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
