We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Dynamics 365 Support Consultant to join our Community Care Customer Success team. This role will focus on providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Community Care solutions, with a strong emphasis on integrations with Azure, DocuSign, Twilio, and Document Core Pack. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, experience with third-party integrations, and a customer-centric approach to support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for Community Care users, resolving issues and answering queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to Azure Logic Apps, and Third-Party apps.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Assist in testing and deploying updates, patches, and new features.
- Document support processes, known issues, and resolutions in a knowledge base.
- Train end-users on best practices and new functionalities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability and performance.
Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service and Field service modules and out of the box functionalities.
- Experience with Power platform suite Including PowerApps, SharePoint and Azure capabilities.
- Experience with third party tools such as Document Core pack (DCP), Twilio and DocuSign etc
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members clearly and professionally.
- Analyse and diagnose issues systematically, providing innovative and practical solutions.
- Escalate complex problems to senior team members while ensuring proper follow-up.
- Work closely with the customer support team to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Display strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and priorities.

Technical Skills:
- Experience and understanding of Dynamics 365 Custom workflows, Power Automate Flow, Business process flows and PowerApps Portals.
- Experience of JavaScript, C#, and .NET for customisation and plugin development.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and management using tools like SQL Server and Azure Data Factory.
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration tools like Logic Apps or KingswaySoft.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 deployments and environment provisioning and management.
