Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the definition, documentation, and validation of business requirements across KPMG Australia's servicing stream. The role is critical in ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment of deliverables with client expectations and program obligations.

Your Opportunity

• Work with the Service Delivery Manager and service stream lead to capture detailed requirements for key program artefacts.
• Develop artefacts such as process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), business requirement documents (BRDs), and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define current and future state processes and map the service workflows accordingly.
• Support the build and transition phase by validating deliverables against defined requirements and acceptance plans.
• Contribute to the creation of repeatable frameworks and documentation templates for global reuse.

Your Experience

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex programs with service delivery components.
• Strong documentation and process design capabilities, with proven ability to produce clear, usable artefacts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Experience in learning services, education programs, or government delivery environments is highly desirable.
