This includes individuals from both IT and business backgrounds who have delivered high impact technology, data, and AI projects in business and government. We are looking for senior strategists and architects who blend technical and business knowledge to tackle our clients' most complex problems.

Your opportunity
Leading teams to analyse, workshop and present insights and recommendations - collaborating across borders and globally with sector and technical experts in all parts of our business
Working with senior client stakeholders to understand root cause issues, potential solutions and articulate business benefits
Leading engagement pursuit teams, including opportunity identification, qualification, planning, and proposal development
Access to mentorship, ongoing learning, and career development opportunities, including executive leadership development
How are you extraordinary?
You are an experienced strategist with a track record delivering client value
You have lived experience of technology transformation programs and understand what it takes to deliver success (and the common pitfalls)
You are a leader and coach and take pride in helping others advance their careers
You have a can-do attitude and are always seeking creative solutions to problems with the help of the right technical tools and a supportive team
Your experience
Experience communicating on an engagement to a wide range of stakeholders from engineers to CxO with highly developed written and verbal communication
Possess the skills to manage all aspects of a project including ability to facilitate workshops, and influence and guide key stakeholders, and coach and mentor team members
Experience leading multiple projects related to one or more of the following disciplines:
Strategy development
Architecture (enterprise, domain)
Infrastructure (hybrid cloud, sourcing)
Operating model design and implementation
Agile delivery methods (in particular CICD / DevOps)
