Job Description
As a D365 CE Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions. You’ll play a key role in the design, configuration, and delivery of CRM capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Services.
Your Opportunity
- Lead and facilitate client workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Services.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and customisation.
Your Experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementations.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes and best practices.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or MB-210 are highly desirable.
- Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience in sectors such as government, education, or financial services.
- Conduct functional testing, user training, and support go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
