Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Manager to join our Transformation Delivery team, supporting us to implement effective project and program management capabilities across major transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex transformation projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and manage detailed project and program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across internal and client stakeholders.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, manage expectations, and provide clear, actionable updates.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, using metrics and dashboards to track progress, identify issues, and drive resolution.
  • Manage risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring escalation paths are clear and effective.
  • Contribute to the development of delivery frameworks and methodologies, promoting consistency and continuous improvement across engagements.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, building capability within the team and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Champion change management and stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring adoption and sustainability of transformation outcomes.

How you are Extraordinary?

With over 5-7 years of experience in program or project management, consulting or transformation delivery, you bring a strong foundation in project and program management, along with a combination of some of the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and programs, including planning, execution, and delivery across diverse sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of project and program management frameworks, such as Agile, PRINCE2, MSP, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance in dynamic environments.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering value and measurable outcomes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and complexity, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in commerce, business, finance, marketing, technology, public policy, or a related field.
  • Formal project and program management certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, SAFe or other relevant certifications.
  • Additional certifications in change management, business analysis, or portfolio management (desirable).
