Job Description

We are seeking an AI Architect to assist with our growing AI capability within our Mid‑Market and Private Data & AI practice.

Your Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced architect who can work directly with executives, designing pragmatic AI architectures, and leading delivery teams through to implementation.

You will sit at the intersection of AI architecture, and delivery execution, owning AI solution design end‑to‑end: from use‑case discovery workshops through to production deployment and ongoing evolution. You will be responsible for designing and building scalable, governed, and commercially viable AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery workshops and identify high‑value use cases
• Advise on responsible AI, governance and security
• Design end‑to‑end AI architecture across data, models, platforms and operations
• Design solutions across GenAI/LLMs, RAG, predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Develop reference architectures and patterns for enterprise and mid‑market adoption
• Align designs with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and client ecosystems
• Provide technical leadership across AI delivery projects
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and production‑ready
• Oversee MLOps/GenAIOps including deployment, monitoring and optimisation
• Assure architectural quality and best practice
• Mentor architects, engineers and consultants
• Support pre‑sales, proposals and client presentations

How are you extraordinary:

• Proven experience as an AI Soultion Architect or Senior Solution Architect in consulting
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop‑facilitation skills
• Experience leading end‑to‑end AI delivery

• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, vector search and modern data platforms
• Hands‑on experience with Azure (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Data Services)
• Strong grounding in security, integration and data governance

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field
• Cloud/AI certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AI Engineer) highly regarded
• Passion for continuous learning and staying across emerging AI trends
