What we're looking for:

We're looking for a hands-on Advertising & Marketing Specialist to support our Brand & Marketing Lead across brand, campaigns, lifecycle, social, and growth initiatives.

This is a creative-doer, data-curious, roll-up-your-sleeves role — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves execution as much as ideas, and wants real ownership, variety, and impact in building a brand people genuinely love.

What you'll be doing:

As Advertising & Marketing Specialist, you’ll identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination, and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting KttiPay's innovative fintech goods and services.

Your work will directly drive adoption, activation (especially PayLink and group features), retention, product engagement, and brand love across the entire marketing funnel.

Campaigns & Partnerships

  • Plan, develop, and execute always-on/seasonal campaigns and advertising policies to reach target markets and promote KttiPay’s services.
  • Advise on strategies to build consumer awareness.
  • Coordinate brand partnerships (e.g., Treasure Hunters, StudentEdge, DailyAus, Leesy), managing assets, timelines, approvals, production, and performance within budget.

Social Media & Content

  • Own KttiPay’s social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Create, schedule, publish, and optimise content; source trends, engage community, and recommend digital updates for better SEO.

Lifecycle & Growth Marketing

  • Build email, push, and in-app campaigns to boost activation, retention, and engagement.
  • Support segmentation, experiments, messaging optimisation, asset creation (with Product & Design), and campaign data analysis.

Market Research & Insights

  • Research market demand and characteristics for new/existing features.
  • Conduct market research, analyse data, and advise on product mix, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
  • Apply statistical methods to evaluate strategy impact on growth and profitability.

Tracking, Reporting, & Insights

  • Set up dashboards, track performance across channels, and deliver regular reports/insights.
  • Monitor daily metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and growth.

Brand & Operations

  • Maintain brand library, evolve tone-of-voice, and support storytelling/content ideas.
  • Assist with budget management, forecasting, invoicing, and workflows with agencies/internal teams.
