About the role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to bolster our high-potential marketing team. This role is tailor-made for individuals who have a genuine enthusiasm for the digital arena, possess an innate drive to achieve results and maintain an acute attention to detail. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be instrumental in moulding our online identity, amplifying web traffic, and heightening user engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEM:
- Holistic management of digital advertising platforms, encompassing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Conceptualise, roll out, monitor, and refine campaigns, ensuring they resonate with company objectives and deliver optimal ROI.
- Display a practical knowledge of ad sequencing, data-driven bidding strategies
- SEO:
- Conduct in-depth keyword analyses to steer content strategies.
- Engage with content teams, offering precise content directives that are in sync with SEO best practices and corporate targets.
- CRO:
- Lead webpage testing initiatives to guarantee superior user experience and conversion.
- Work hand in hand with the product team, advocating for conversion rate optimisation strategies.
- Analytics:
- Demonstrate expertise in Google Analytics, deriving actionable insights to steer digital strategies.
- Harness the capabilities of Google Tag Manager and Segment for managing and optimising conversion tracking.
- Display a working acumen of product analytics platforms such as Posthog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and the like, ensuring data is seamlessly integrated and interpreted accurately.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, SEO, CRO, and analytics.
- Robust analytical skills, complemented by an ability to decipher data and extract valuable insights.
- Proficient in a plethora of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience working with Australian tech companies will be highly regarded
