  • High growth Consumer Goods eCommerce/Wholesale business
  • Hybrid - WFH 4 days/week, 1 day in Central London office
  • Management of supply chain service to online, retailer & distributor customers

Let's talk about the team:

Love to Dream is an Australian-owned business founded in 2008 by Hana-Lia Krawchuk who invented the Swaddle UP to help babies achieve better, longer and safer sleep. The first range of innovative swaddles and sleepwear hit the stores of Sydney and sold out in two weeks. Fifteen years later, Love to Dream has established the baby sleep category, is the market leader in Australia, and sells over 500 SKUs, in 40+ countries globally.

In 2019, Quadrant Private Equity’s Growth Fund invested in Love to Dream, enabling the business to scale up at a significant pace both locally and internationally. As part of this Love to Dream’s DTC operations have been launched across China, UK, EU and the US over the last three years, along with creation of global teams based in the UK and US to provide a more localised and tailored experience for retailers and consumers in these core markets.

At Love to Dream we are continuing to expand our presence globally with the vision of becoming the #1 global baby and toddler sleep brand, providing better sleep, bigger dreams and a brighter world.
