Love to Dream is a world leading provider of baby and toddler sleepwear and sleep solutions. Our patented Swaddle Up allows babies to sleep with their Arms Up, which has become a game changer for new parents.
Our Dream Team in Australia has just over 50 people, and globally 70+ people. Our head office is in Zetland, and we operate on a hybrid WFH/WFO system.
Let’s talk about the role:
We are looking to add a new member to the Digital Marketing team at Love to Dream. We are looking for someone with a successful track record in paid media, ideally in an e-commerce business or agency. This position will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimise paid media channels to improve performance
- Creative optimisation, testing and recommendations
- Build and test paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Analyse performance of channels and campaigns
- Provide reporting on performance and progress towards KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
- Budget pacing across all campaigns and channels
- Management of agencies
Key skills required:
- Strong experience in Google Ads, preferably in an e-commerce business
- Strong experience in Meta ads, preferably in an e-commerce business
- Experience utilising Acquisition reports and Explorations in Google Analytics
- Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR etc.)
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Location:
Based in a hybrid office environment in Zetland, Sydney, with min 3 days/wk in office.
