As we continue to expand our digital global presence, we're seeking a talented eCommerce professional to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

This role is integral to our eCommerce team, with a primary focus on driving growth across multiple regions through strategic oversight and analytical expertise. As the eCommerce Manager (12-month maternity leave contract), you will play a critical role in shaping the online shopping experience, leveraging data insights to guide key decisions and optimise performance across 8 global websites. You will be responsible for everything from conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and web merchandising to collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (market leads, agencies) and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.

We are seeking a highly analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience in utilising tools like GA4, Shopify, and other analytical tools to identify opportunities and deliver results. This position requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead and execute initiatives that align with our overall revenue objectives. Key responsibilities for this role include:

Analytics, Forecasting, and Reporting:

  • Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights into trade performance and deliver recommendations on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Head of eCommerce on eCommerce forecasting and strategy.
  • Lead and educate team members on analytical tools and insights

Customer Experience Optimisation :

  • Utilise tools like GA4, Fullstory/Hotjar, customer feedback, to understand the customer journey and identify points of friction.
  • Recommend and execute user experience enhancements, including site navigation, usability, design and content optimsations.
  • Collaborate with development team to log, prioritise and execute site improvements, including both maintenance (bug fixes) and new features (enhancements).
  • Manage development roadmap for Shopify

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):

  • Identify opportunities across all eCommerce touchpoints, utilising analytics, heatmapping, user videos and customer feedback.
  • Execute CRO plan through A/B testing tools.
  • Reporting and socialisation of CRO outcomes.
  • Prioritisation of CRO initiatives into the development roadmap.

Web Merchandising and Content Management:

  • Manage product categorisation and navigation.
  • Optimise internal search, product meta data, filtering, and sorting to optimise user experience and conversion.
  • Optimise on page content to support local market needs and strategies
  • Create landing pages to highlight products, promotions and support campaigns.
  • Create and optimise page and collection content to support the trade and SEO plan.

Campaign Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to plan and execute campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, End of Season Sales) and NPD (New Product Development).
  • Brief and oversee campaign asset creation, including banners, landing page designs, and price lists.
  • Build pages and collections within Shopify to support the campaign plan.
  • Configure, test and execute promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance post-launch and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct post-launch campaign performance reviews and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

Stakeholder collaboration

  • Work with market leads to understand and improve the experience for local markets
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create a customer experience consistent with brand vision
  • Socialise a data driven approach to eCommerce performance with the wider Love to Dream Team

About you - Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in ecommerce operations, with a deep understanding of key metrics and drivers.
  • Analytical mind with strong proficiency in GA4 and other qualitative and quantitative analytics tools.
  • Proven experience with Shopify and a successful track record in improving conversion rate.
  • Ability to manage 8 global websites with a flexible, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with market leads and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to coordinate and deliver on time.
