We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced CRM Consultant to help shape the future of how we connect with our global community by building the foundations for long-term growth in our email and SMS communication strategy. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential for flexible working hours, making it ideal for a seasoned CRM professional eager to make a meaningful impact.
The opportunity
In this newly created role, you’ll be the architect of our customer lifecycle communications strategy, turning data into insight, and insight into beautifully crafted email and SMS journeys. This includes developing personalised messaging, optimising customer data, and driving customer loyalty through well-targeted lifecycle communications. You’ll work closely with our fellow dreamers to develop a content strategy and oversee the execution of lifecycle automation in Klaviyo, ultimately driving loyalty and growing CLTV.
What you’ll be dreaming up
- Develop and champion a strategic vision for customer lifecycle communications, driving brand loyalty at every stage.
- Design and optimise automated email and SMS communication flows in Klaviyo, including personalisation and dynamic content.
- Build and implement a comprehensive customer segmentation strategy to improve engagement and retention.
- Develop an analytics framework for measurement and optimisation of customer lifetime value.
- Mentor and support the CRM Specialist, enhancing team capabilities in CRM execution and strategy.
What you’ll bring
- Proven success in developing CRM strategies, focusing on CLTV growth.
- Expertise in email marketing automation, especially within Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in CRM reporting and data analysis.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, from conception to successful execution.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with baby, parenting, or similar consumer brands is a plus.
- Knowledge of audience database management and growth strategies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
