As Global Head of Ecommerce, you’ll define how we trade, how we grow, and how we show up for customers across 5 markets and 8+ countries. You’ll work at the intersection of commercial performance, customer experience, and international expansion - with the scope to shape strategy and the team to execute it.

What you’ll own
- The ecommerce P&L across 5 markets and 8 countries: revenue, AOV, CVR and CLTV
- The trading, content and promotional calendar and accountability for channel performance
- Ecommerce product and merchandising strategy, including range planning and new launch readiness
- CRO strategy and the onsite experience from landing page to checkout, in an environment that supports rapid delivery of website CX improvements
- Organic search strategy across all markets, including SEO and emerging GEO
- International trading and localisation
- A small, high-performing ecommerce team - and the broader Digital team’s ecommerce capability

What you’ll bring
- A highly experienced and successful track record in Ecommerce leadership in a consumer brand or DTC business, with P&L ownership at your core
- A track record of driving commercial performance across CVR, AOV and revenue targets
- Strong SEO capability and genuine curiosity about where AI search is heading
- Experience trading and localising across multiple international markets
- Shopify fluency and comfort with the broader ecommerce tech stack
- Experience in driving CVR and AOV with ongoing CX optimisation and merch strategy
- A data-driven, test-and-learn mindset - you move fast and back your decisions with evidence
- The ability to lead and develop a team while operating as a senior voice in a broader leadership group
