APAC Account Manager — Love to Dream™
East Village, Zetland NSW · Hybrid · Full-time
Better Sleep. Bigger Dreams. Brighter World.
Love to Dream™ is an Australian brand on a mission to help little dreamers (and their parents) get the sleep they deserve. We're in more than 45 countries, loved by the retailers parents trust most, and growing fast across Australia and APAC.
We're hiring an APAC Account Manager to join our tight-knit Sydney team and take the reins of a full commercial portfolio.
The role
Our APAC Account Manager role is shared across two incumbents, each with a defined portfolio. This is one of those seats — sitting alongside our existing AM and reporting to our Head of APAC. Our Sales Coordination Administrator has your back on order admin and marketplace content uploads, so you can stay focused on the commercial work.
Your portfolio spans three channels:
- Australian wholesale — Baby Bunting, plus our Independents channel, and a network of three regional Sales Agents you'll guide and support
- Digital wholesale / marketplace — The Iconic
- APAC distributors — New Zealand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam
It's commercial leadership and hands-on execution in equal measure — building the plan, pitching the range, running the numbers, and supporting the market.
What you'll do
- Own the commercial relationship with Baby Bunting and our Independents — planning, pitching, reviewing, growing
- Set, manage and exceed growth-focused GP budgets across the portfolio, inclusive of co-op investment
- Lead and support our three regional Sales Agents with direction, pricing guidance and promotional priorities
- Run Post Seasonal Review (PSR) meetings with wholesale and distributor partners after every season close — turning sell-through into ranging and purchase decisions
- Manage The Iconic's digital shelf — content, availability, search, ratings, promo calendar, advertising investment
- Partner with APAC distributors on strategy, sell-in, training, campaigns and forward plans
- Feed accurate account-level demand signals into planning cycles, so stock lands where it's needed
- Hunt new business — new customers, new channels, new distributor growth
What you'll bring
- Account management or sales experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or baby / apparel
- A proven track record growing accounts against revenue and GP targets
- Experience managing distributor relationships and/or a multi-market APAC portfolio ideal but not essential
- Strong commercial acumen — you can analyse data, spot the trend, and turn insight into action
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
- The initiative and self-motivation to juggle wholesale, distributors and digital without dropping a ball
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM / reporting tools
- Willingness to travel domestically (Life InStyle, key customers) and across APAC for distributor visits
- Bonus points for: marketplace experience (The Iconic, Amazon AU, Myer Marketplace, Chemist Warehouse Online), Sales Agent network management, co-op investment reconciliation, or category time in baby / nursery / maternity
Why Love to Dream™
- A brand parents genuinely love, with a mission you can feel good about every day
- Real breadth — AU wholesale, Sales Agents, digital, and six APAC distributor markets all in one portfolio
- East Village, Zetland HQ with hybrid working, and a team that leads with love and dares to dream
- Competitive salary, super and STI
