Let’s talk about the role:
As the Senior Paid Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building and executing Love To Dream’s paid digital marketing strategy across our five major direct to customer markets globally. Our activities are based on data-driven insights and decision making, therefore a high level of analytics competency is required.
Ideally you will have hands on experience in an agency environment, working directly on the tools. Additional client side experience will be a major plus.
You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will initially have 1 direct report to manage (with opportunities to expand the team).
Key responsibilities:
- Develop paid media strategy across our DTC markets including Australia, Europe and the US
- Develop, plan and implement all paid media plans per market across existing (Google, Meta, Affiliates, Native advertising) and new channels to business objectives. Managing a multi-million-dollar budget.
- End to end strategy development and management including audience segmentation, creative, A/B Testing strategy, Bidding strategy etc.
- Define and work towards clear KPIs: revenue, traffic, CAC, COS
- Maintain performance reports and dashboards (with the Tech & Data
- Data-analysis to optimise performance
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct online research to identify potential growth and recommendations for optimisation and refinement
- Diversify channel selection, uncover additional media/channel opportunities based on audience insights
Let’s talk about you - qualifications and experience:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- A successful track record of hands-on experience in performance digital marketing
- A background in digital marketing agencies. Additional client side experience a big plus
- Experience managing media budgets (including Search, Social, Programmatic & OLV)
- Analytical mindset and expertise in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Tag Management, CDP)
- Previous experience on the tools with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Merchant Centre, product feeds, etc.
- Customer led
