About The Role

As an IT & HR Administrator / Tech & People Ops Administrator based in Adelaide, you will ensure the smooth flow of everyday administrative tasks and the operation of the office. From troubleshooting tech issues to managing software and hardware, you'll have a problem-solving approach to keep our digital infrastructure operating seamlessly.


A day in the life:

  • You will play an integral role to ensure a seamless and engaging employee journey by ensuring smooth coordination of employee journey tasks to be done such as: creating new employment contracts, payroll administration, ordering and distributing of employee assets (such as laptops and swag), screening check completion, etc.
  • You will also contribute to an efficient work environment by owning and completing tasks like coordinating employee travel, optimising office operations, providing internal event support, maintaining good supplies of office resources and ensuring Lumary-owned assets are accounted for.
  • You will support procurement tasks at different levels of participation. At times leading research and gathering information to put into a proposal for new suppliers. Other times working diligently to order new software or hardware per internal requests and processes.
  • Your problem-solving skills and knowledge of IT systems will enable you to troubleshoot effectively, ensuring that technical obstacles are overcome swiftly. By offering timely and reliable support, you'll enhance productivity and minimise downtime for the team.
