Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive who wants to be part of a fast-paced and high-growth technology start up that is proud of its high-performance culture.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a vital role in continuing to expand our market share in Australia and New Zealand.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in sports technology sales (or SaaS at a minimum), with S&C experience as a bonus.

Position & Responsibilities

We’re growing fast and laser-focused on scaling our presence across Australia, New Zealand, and the US. This role is pivotal to our growth in the ANZ region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading direct sales: generating and qualifying leads, identifying needs, recommending solutions, pricing, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Daily outbound outreach: via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Communicating customer requirements to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets
  • Representing Lumin at conferences, speaking events, and trade shows
  • Supporting customer onboarding and checking in post-sale for feedback
  • Adjusting sales strategy across market segments in ANZ
  • Building long-term, trusted relationships with customers

  • Staying across industry trends, tech innovations, and what matters to coaches

Your Experience

  • At least 2 years sales experience preferred, with experience selling sports technology hardware or software preferred.
  • Exceptional proven sales success working directly in-person with customers, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Existing knowledge of the sports industry, with particular focus on technology, strength and conditioning and sport science.
  • You are very independent, can think on your feet, & don’t require others to influence your motivation to succeed. You will be very well supported, but are leading the charge in Australia and NZ.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal. You know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it.
