We're Hiring: Fund Accountant (Permanent, Full-Time)

Location: BGC, Taguig, Manila (Hybrid Setup)

MA Financial Group is looking for a Fund Accountant to join our growing team in Manila. This role provides essential fund accounting support to MA Asset Management Real Estate and is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post month-end journals (management fees, accruals, distributions, consolidations, etc.)
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations including management fees and cash flow analysis
• Support preparation of tax lodgement data (direct and indirect)
• Prepare bank facility compliance calculations
• Deliver investor reporting data packs
• Maintain fixed asset registers
• Prepare financial statements and support external audits

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 3 years of fund accounting experience
• Background in BPO or local companies working with international clients
• Experience in Real Estate Asset Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• CPA qualification required

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Australian Property Management Companies
• Familiarity with Yardi
