Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to drive impact in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment? MA Money is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled mid-level Salesforce Developer to join our Sydney-based technology team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Salesforce applications that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll work closely with business analysts, product managers, developers, operations teams, and vendors to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.

You’ll also play a key role in ensuring platform reliability, enhancing user experience, and fostering a strong technology culture across the business. This is an opportunity to bring technical leadership, creativity, and initiative to a growing and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Conduct unit testing and support functional/user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance challenges
• Maintain documentation for technical processes, systems, and data models
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform changes and evaluate new features for potential use

Skills and Experience

• 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach
