About the Role
MA Financial Group is looking for an organized and proactive HR Operations Associate to support the day-to-day HR processes, systems, and employee lifecycle activities. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy across HR records, onboarding coordination, and ongoing employee support using our HRIS platform, Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding

  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Set up new hire records and workflows in Dayforce
  • Coordinate background checks and onboarding logistics
  • Support Day 1 readiness and induction tasks


Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Process employee changes (e.g. promotions, transfers, compensation updates)
  • Maintain organisation charts, job data, and visa details
  • Track contract expiration, probation, and other key dates


Leave and Absence Management

  • Enter and monitor leave records in Dayforce
  • Support compliance and reporting on extended leaves
  • Assist with leave reconciliations and audits


Offboarding

  • Manage the offboarding process including documentation and Dayforce updates
  • Coordinate with Payroll and IT for exit tasks and system access


General HR Administration

  • Assist with HR reporting, employee queries, and data audits
  • Support HR projects, learning sessions, and employee programs
  • Maintain accurate process documentation and backup HRIS support


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • Experience in HR administration or operations
  • Knowledge of HR systems (Dayforce experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and reliable
