Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: Onsite / Hybrid (1 day WFH)
Schedule: Regular Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle across various roles within the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective hiring strategies
- Conduct resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and facilitate the onboarding process
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline
- Use a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Engage passive candidates and maintain a pipeline of potential hires
- Build and maintain relationships with talent for current and future opportunities
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
- Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Interviewing and Selection
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads in the selection process
- Offer well-informed hiring recommendations
Offer Management and Onboarding
- Prepare and extend offers to selected candidates, including salary discussions
- Support onboarding in coordination with HR and relevant teams
- Ensure completion of background checks and pre-employment requirements
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and HR leadership
- Employer Branding and Networking
- Promote MA Financial Group’s employer brand at job fairs, industry events, and online
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and universities
About You
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and candidates at all levels
- A proactive and results-driven approach to hiring
