Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: Onsite / Hybrid (1 day WFH)
Schedule: Regular Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle across various roles within the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective hiring strategies
  • Conduct resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and facilitate the onboarding process


Sourcing and Talent Pipeline

  • Use a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Engage passive candidates and maintain a pipeline of potential hires
  • Build and maintain relationships with talent for current and future opportunities


Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
  • Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient process


Interviewing and Selection

  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads in the selection process
  • Offer well-informed hiring recommendations


Offer Management and Onboarding

  • Prepare and extend offers to selected candidates, including salary discussions
  • Support onboarding in coordination with HR and relevant teams
  • Ensure completion of background checks and pre-employment requirements


Recruitment Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and HR leadership
  • Employer Branding and Networking
  • Promote MA Financial Group’s employer brand at job fairs, industry events, and online
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and universities


About You

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and candidates at all levels
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to hiring
