Responsibilities:

Broker Phone Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for broker phone enquiries
  • Assist with general scenario questions, loan progress updates, and issue resolution
  • Provide prompt and clear communication to ensure a positive broker experience


Pipeline Management

  • Monitor and track the status of new and existing loan applications
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date data is maintained for internal reporting and conversion analysis
  • Follow up with brokers or internal stakeholders to support timely application progression


Brokers Accreditations

  • Manage the broker onboarding process, including collecting documentation and guiding brokers through MA Money’s accreditation requirements
  • Liaise with the Distribution team to ensure accreditations are processed efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of broker statuses and communication


Qualifications:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services / non-bank lending industry
  • Experience managing stakeholders with multiple tasks & deadlines

  • Be driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence.
  • You have a high degree of competency in using computer, origination and credit systems and web applications.
  • You have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with excellent customer service knowledge.
