We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing Data & AI team. This role is central to our mission of applying advanced AI and machine learning solutions to deliver measurable business value across finance, credit, operations, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in transforming cutting-edge AI models into scalable, production-grade solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to solve high-value business problems
• Lead development of GenAI, LLM, and RAG solutions
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and data pipelines using MLOps best practices
• Apply CI/CD and containerisation for secure and scalable deployments in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver production-grade applications
• Contribute to the AI capability roadmap, driving experimentation and adoption of emerging technologies

Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years in ML engineering, data science, or software engineering with ML applications
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face)
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake, relational and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and API development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning
