System Admin Support (RetPro)

BGC, Taguig | Hybrid | Permanent Day Shift (6 AM – 3 PM)

₱80,000 – ₱90,000/month + allowances | HMO Day 1 coverage (plus free dependent)

In Manila, our team provides vital financial services and systems support to our global network. We are looking for a System Admin Support (RetPro) to join our team — a key role in maintaining, optimising, and supporting the RetPro ERP system to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, configure, and optimise the RetPro ERP system to ensure smooth business operations
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
  • Writing reports (in SQL) to meet custom requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to vendor when required
  • Create, update, and maintain system documentation and training materials
  • Perform regular validations on system
  • Assist in module implementation including UAT, data migration, and post-go-live support

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an ERP system administration role
  • Proficiency in SQL and report writing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users
  • Retail property industry experience an advantage
