Corporate Communications & Team Assistant

Location: BGC, Taguig

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Day Shift

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Fixed Weekends Off

Salary: PHP 50,000 – 55,000 + HMO Day 1 (one free dependent)

We are looking for a Corporate Communications & Team Assistant to join our MA Corporate team at MA Financial Group. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about providing high-quality administrative and communications support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

As a Corporate Communications & Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting internal communications, maintaining systems, coordinating processes, and assisting with engagement initiatives to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform & Systems Support – Maintain internal platforms (e.g., MINT, SharePoint, digital boards) to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
  • People & Process Coordination – Manage calendars, travel, reporting, procurement, and day-to-day team logistics.
  • Communications & Engagement – Assist in preparing and delivering clear, engaging internal communications and support corporate engagement initiatives.
  • Project & Operational Support – Coordinate projects and initiatives, track milestones, follow up on actions, and support key stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations.

About You:

  • Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or communications support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, intranets, or internal communications tools (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative.
